Application purpose of Skin-pass Mill:
- Certain amount of stress and yield point elongation will be eliminated to prevent “slip line”during stretching and punching after a small rate of flattening pressing to the strip coil;
- Coil strip’s flatness and surface roughness can be further improved with flattening after annealing;
- Adjusting the rate of flattening pressing can improve and make change to coil strip’s mechanical property in a certain range. So that the coil strips with different hardness and ductility improvement can be used to different application.
